DLA Piper advises Consolid and the other sellers on the combination of Svalner Atlas with Ryan

DLA Piper advises Consolid and the other parties on the sell-side on the combination of Svalner Atlas Advisors with Ryan. The parties have entered into an agreement under which Svalner Atlas Advisors, a leading independent tax and transaction advisory group in the Nordics and Benelux, will combine with Ryan, the world's largest independent provider of tax services and software.

The transaction marks a successful exit for Consolid and represents an important milestone in Svalner Atlas' continued growth and development as part of Ryan's global platform.
