Security‑Protected Procurement
We have unique and in‑depth experience in security‑protected procurement and the challenges that may arise when two parallel regulatory frameworks must be applied before purchasing and throughout the contract period. The Security Protection Act imposes mandatory requirements in security‑protected procurement that must be integrated into the procurement process. We support both contracting authorities and suppliers in such procurements.
