Ongoing procurements
We assist suppliers in reviewing tender, the procurement documents and the agreement and provide advice on strategic issues. We also advise contracting entities on strategic issues in the planning stages of a procurement, such as choice of procurement procedure, and assist with drafting or reviewing the contracting entity's procurement documents.

Applications for review
We have extensive experience in assisting both suppliers and contracting entities in applications for review before the courts. We also assist with claims for damages and applications to have contracts considered ineffective, when a contracting entity has awarded a contract contrary to the law.
