DLA Piper advises AddSecure on the acquisition of GroupTalk

DLA Piper acted as legal counsel to AddSecure, a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and comprehensive end-to-end solutions, in connection with its acquisition of GroupTalk, a European market leader in cloud-based push-to-talk (PTT) solutions. The acquisition represents a strategic step that further strengthens AddSecure’s market position.
