DLA Piper advises Symphony Technology Group (STG) on the acquisition of Formpipe Software’s Public Sector business

DLA Piper has advised STG, through its portfolio company Sikri AS, on entering into a share purchase agreement with Formpipe Software AB (publ) regarding the acquisition of Formpipe’s Public Sector business in Sweden and Denmark.

As part of the transaction, Formpipe will carry out a carve-out whereby its Swedish Public Sector business will be transferred into the newly established Formpipe Sverige AB.

The acquired business represents Formpipe’s Public Sector unit, a leading provider of case and document management solutions to public sector customers in Sweden and Denmark.

The purchase price is based on an enterprise value of approximately SEK 825 million. Completion is expected during the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals and completion of the carve-out.
