DLA Piper Advises Vinter in Strategic Acquisition by Kaiko

DLA Piper has advised Vinter, Europe’s leading provider of crypto index solutions for ETP issuers, in its strategic acquisition by Kaiko, a global leader in cryptocurrency market data headquartered in Paris. 

The acquisition highlights Vinter’s pioneering role in the crypto index field and strengthens Kaiko’s position as the only independent provider of reference rates in the industry.

The DLA Piper team was led by DLA Piper Sweden through Sara Latrach, Jesper Lindbom and Aaron Eidem, with support from DLA Piper France through Jean Senard.
