DLA Piper advisor to the Board of Directors of Ranplan Group in Per Lindberg BidCo's public takeover offer

On 15 January 2024, Per Lindberg (CEO and principal owner of Ranplan Group), through the wholly owned company Per Lindberg BidCo AB, submitted a public offer to the shareholders of Ranplan Group AB under the mandatory bid rules. The offer values all shares in Ranplan Group at approximately SEK 56.5 million.

DLA Piper is acting as legal advisor to the board of directors of Ranplan Group in connection with the offer and Svalner Skatt & Transaktion has prepared a fairness opinion regarding the fairness of the offer. Ranplan Group is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
