DLA Piper's Regulatory team has advised Alvine Capital AB in its application for authorization to perform investment services.

Alvine Capital AB is a specialist investment adviser and intermediary of alternative investment funds with its parent company in London. The company is managed by Charlotte Bonde Tamm and offers its services in Sweden and through passporting within the EEA. The company has been licensed to receive and transmit orders, to provide investment advice and to place financial instruments without a firm commitment basis. The authorization was granted by the SFSA (Finansinspektionen) on February 7, 2023.
