DLA Piper has advised the owners of Aroma on the sale to Fazer Group

DLA Piper advised the seller in connection with Fazer Group’s acquisition of the Swedish confectionery manufacturer Konfektyrfabriken Aroma AB, a well-established Swedish candy producer known for its classic products such as Geléhallon, Hallonbåtar, Röda Hjärtan and Gräddkola. The acquisition strengthens Fazer’s position within the confectionery segment and represents a strategic step in the company’s continued development in the Nordic market. Completion of the acquisition is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
