DLA Piper has advised TSG Group in its acquisition of Nordic Gas Solutions

DLA Piper has advised TSG Group, a European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, in its acquisition of Nordic Gas Solutions.

Nordic Gas Solutions, headquartered in Stockholm with a subsidiary in Tartu, Estonia, is specialized in the design, assembly, installation and maintenance of high standard facilities for natural gas and biogas.

TSG's acquisition of Nordic Gas Solutions is fully aligned with TSG's strategy to support B2B customers in their energy transition, with gas and biogas playing an increasing role in the development of low-carbon solutions for heavy transportation.
