On 22-23 September, the first post-pandemic Nordic Employment Meeting was held in Stockholm where 20 employment lawyers from DLA Piper in the Nordics attended.

The goal of the event was to develop ideas to add more value for our clients and to discuss how we can strengthen our cross-border cooperation. The event was an excellent opportunity to discuss how we at DLA Piper in the Nordics work on different matters and what we can learn from each other.

The schedule for the event was packed with interesting topics and with two external speakers: Naiti del Sante from the Swedish Ministry of Employment who spoke about the implementation of the whistleblower directive from a European perspective, and Florian Nicolai from the Friedrich Alexander University in Germany, who talked about his research in criminal law and the Internet of Things.

As the only global firm with offices in all the Nordic countries we offer a unique Nordic platform where we offer our clients seamless and efficient advice throughout the Nordic market.

Feel free to contact Björn Rustare or Johan Zetterström with any questions about our Nordic offering, and they will be happy to tell you more.
