Significant changes to the Swedish Protection Act - 10 things to think about

DLA Piper together with AmCham Sweden held a seminar yesterday led by Johan Zetterström, Christina Hagström Björn and Anna Johnsson on the impact of the upcoming changes of Swedish employment law.

Among other things, we covered changes in relation to terminations due to personal reasons, headcount reductions, and employee terms and conditions.
