Per Kronwall
Per Kronwall heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Construction practices in Sweden. He is specialized in construction law and has over 13 years of experience representing Swedish and international clients in complex commercial disputes and construction-related matters.
Per has extensive experience in dispute resolution and represents clients in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations as well as in litigation, often involving international parties. His experience includes disputes relating to construction, energy, delivery agreements, insurance, damages and real estate.
In addition to dispute resolution, Per assists with drafting and negotiating construction contracts for major infrastructure and residential projects, as well as advising in ongoing projects. He has in-depth knowledge of Swedish standard contracts, including AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09 and ABA 99, and significant experience in advising international clients on complex construction projects in Sweden.
