Liza Kempinsky

Liza Kempinsky (previously Berisha) practices within the firm’s banking and finance team, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure related transactions. Much of her work involves project financing, M&A, corporate law and real estate. Liza has worked on a number of infrastructure and energy projects, and has experience of planning, construction and the operation of wind farms, as well as the purchase and sale of energy companies.
