Rebecca Nilsson

Rebecca Nilsson practices construction law and provides counsel to both domestic and international clients on matters related to various types of construction, including residential, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. She is part of the firm’s energy and construction team, contributing to the development of various renewable energy projects, such as battery energy storage system (BESS) and solar projects.

Her primary focus is on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, such as Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts and other agreements related to construction. In addition, she offers general advice to developers, investors, and contractors on issues pertaining to construction.

With over six years of experience in construction law, she has a wealth of knowledge in dealing with commercial contracts, construction related transactions, construction disputes, and is proficient in the application of Swedish standard construction contracts, specifically AB 04, ABT 06, and ABA 99.
