DLA Piper is strengthening its organization with Anna Jussil Broms as new partner. With strong expertise and passion for legal issues in IT and media law, Anna becomes an important part of the law firm's offer.

Anna has extensive experience in law with a strong focus on IT. Anna also has significant knowledge in intellectual property, media, sports and entertainment. She joined DLA Piper in 2009 and becomes a partner on May 1, 2020.

- It´s exciting and fun to gain the trust as a partner and to contribute to the continued development of the law firm. I have always had a passion for IT and media. The digitalization journey that many companies are facing increases the need for legal advice in IT, says Anna Jussil Broms.

DLA Piper is the leading global business law firm in Sweden. This means that Anna represents both major global companies and small and medium-sized companies.

- IT development means that physical boundaries are blurred. It is an advantage that we work globally when, among other things more and more cross-border agreements are needed, for software licensing, distribution, outsourcing, social media and e-commerce, says Anna.

- I am happy and proud to welcome Anna as a new partner. She has a great understanding of complex IT system solutions and can give legal advice and see risks in relation to technology and business strategies. Anna is a lovely and energetic person with a great passion for law but also for relationships with people. With her large network, her strong knowledge in intellectual property and IT and experience Anna becomes a valuable asset, says Peter Näslund, Managing Partner at DLA Piper.
