Capply AB in bankruptcy

On 13 May 2026, the Stockholm District Court declared Capply AB, Reg. No. 559357-0228, bankrupt. Anders Svensson Clark, DLA Piper in Sweden, is appointed as bankruptcy trustee. Ludvig Christiansson is involved in the handling of the bankruptcy.

Capply has developed a digital platform for the intermediation and management of transport and logistics services. The platform is designed as an integrated system connecting transport buyers with a network of carriers, enabling planning, booking, and monitoring of transport within European road logistics.
