Anders Svensson Clark works within DLA Piper's restructuring and insolvency group as well as banking and finance group. Anders is regularly appointed as bankruptcy trustee and liquidator. Anders also advises clients in conjunction with in-court company reorganisation proceedings and out-of-court restructuring.
