DLA Piper acts as legal advisor to Collins Aerospace in connection with the sale of its holding in CTT Systems AB (publ)

DLA Piper has assisted Collins Aerospace with the sale of approximately 1.1 million shares in CTT Systems AB (publ), a company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The shares were sold at a price of SEK 265 per share, in an offering to certain Swedish and international institutional investors through an ABB (accelerated book-building process) handled by Carnegie. The total proceeds amount to approximately SEK 300 million. 

DLA Piper's team consisted of Richard Folke, Peder Grandinson and Radwan Benachenhou from the Stockholm office, and John Stone from the London office.
