DLA Piper advised Skirner on its acquisition of Prefabtrappan

DLA Piper advised Skirner on its acquisition of Prefabtrappan, a leading player in the Swedish market for prefabricated concrete staircases. In connection with the transaction, Prefabtrappan’s five founders will reinvest and remain shareholders in the company. Together, the parties will continue to develop the business and strengthen Prefabtrappan’s growth in Sweden and across the Nordic region.

 

Skirner is the Nordström family’s investment company and the principal owner of the engineering consultancy firm Sweco.
