Mikael Moreira is a corporate and technology partner at DLA Piper's Stockholm office.
Mikael represents clients in their formations, equity financings, share option plans and exits/M&A as well as in their technology transactions (licensing, technology transfers and joint ventures/strategic alliances etc.). Mikael also advises his clients on commercial agreements for applications, services, cloud computing and software implementation projects.
Mikael represents numerous private equity and venture capital funds in a variety of financing transactions and have lead financing rounds in Sweden, the Nordics, across Europe and in the US. He also represents a wide variety of emerging growth companies and global technology companies from internet, mobile, software, e-commerce, services and cloud related industries.
Mikael's previous background includes working as an investment manager for a Swedish venture capital firm. Mikael is also the co-author of the Swedish book "Venture capital-investeringar - En praktisk vägledning".
