DLA Piper advises Hasko Invest on investment in Ekulf

Hasko Invest is the new majority owner of Ekulf and will continue the expansion of the company together with the existing owner. The transaction strengthens the conditions for expanding the product portfolio of dental hygiene products and reaching more customers in the Nordic region.

The DLA Piper team consisted of Mathias Berggren, Mikael Hagström, Oskar Eriksson, Julia Engberg and Linnea Wernheim.
