DLA Piper advises METRO AG on its acquisition of JOHBECO AB

DLA Piper has advised METRO AG, a leading international food wholesaler operating in more than 30 countries, on its acquisition (via a group company) of JOHBECO AB from majority seller Litorina V Fund as well as a number of minority sellers.

JOHBECO AB is a leading Swedish specialist supplier of meat, fish and seafood with operations in both Sweden and Finland. In 2022, JOHBECO AB generated revenues of approx. EUR 180,000,000.
