Dane Stattin

Dane Stattin mainly work within the fields of intellectual property law (IP), marketing law and commercial agreements. This includes providing advice within the respective fields, submitting and managing trademark and design applications and registrations, drafting and reviewing different types of agreements (e.g. license, co-existence and settlement agreements), as well as drafting polices and processes for the management of companies' IP portfolios. Dane also advises clients in national and international disputers, including administrative proceedings, relating to intellectual property rights.  Dane also supports clients on a day-to-day basis with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Dane also has experience of working with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations and general company law.
