DLA Piper has advised the AI-company Sana in connection with their Series B extension financing
DLA Piper has advised Sana i connection with their Series B extension financing in which the company landed approximately USD 28 million from New Enterprise Associates, Inc. (NEA). Existing investors include EQT Ventures, Menlo Ventures and Workday Ventures. In total, Sana has raised USD 62 million in Series B funding making Sana one of Europe's most highly-funded AI companies.
Sana was founded in 2016 by Joel Hellermark and the company's mission is to augment human intelligence through artificial intelligence. With this purpose, the company has developed a AI-platform that empowers organizations to find, share, and harness the knowledge they need to achieve their missions through combining the best of enterprise search, a learning management system, meeting tools, and a knowledge management system into one single platform.
