DLA Piper has advised Ark Kapital with its acceleration investment round

DLA Piper has advised Ark Kapital with its EUR 15 million acceleration round only six months after their series seed round.

New investor Annika Falkengren, former CEO of SEB participated in the financing round together with existing investors such as LocalGlobe and Creandum. The company uses data analytics to forecast company growth and provides tailored loans based on such analytics.

The DLA Piper team which advised on the transaction consisted of Mikael Moreira, Gabriel Liska and Jacqueline Björklund.
