DLA Piper has advised Bregal Milestone och ePassi in their acquisition of Actiway

DLA Piper has advised Bregal Milestone and its portfolio company ePassi Payments OY in connection with their acquisition of Actiway AB. Actiway offers a platform for among others things the administration of employee benefits and wellness allowance. 

DLA Piper's team consisted of Mikael Moreira (Partner), Jesper Lindbom, Ronny Hussein (Corporate/M&A), Daniel Eriksson, Anna Holmgren (IPT), Björn Rustare (Partner) and Ebba Sigfrid (Employment). Also DLA Piper Finland was involved in the transaction with Matti Ylä-Mononen (Partner) and Antti Eeva.
