DLA Piper has advised Catea on two strategic acquisitions in the defence industry

DLA Piper has advised Catea in connection with its investments in Lindevalls Industri AB and TEKONF AB – two leading companies in technical textile manufacturing with strong ties to the Swedish defence industry.

Through these acquisitions, one of Sweden’s largest textile industry groups is formed, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and delivery capability. The joint initiative lays the foundation for continued growth, increased production capacity, and enhanced competitiveness in a sector experiencing growing demand.

The DLA Piper team primarily consisted of Mathias Berggren, Alexis Hekmatfar, Erik Brändt Öfverholm, Charlotte Brunlid, Hanna Medelius, and Anton Lundgren Akbarzadeh.
