Anton Lundgren Akbarzadeh

Anton's practice focuses on corporate law and he mainly assists venture capital funds specialising in private equity, venture capital, young growth companies and technology companies with their start-ups, capital raisings, investments, incentive programmes and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Anton also works with general corporate law matters.
