DLA Piper has advised EQT Ventures on its investment in Candela

DLA Piper has advised EQT Ventures on its investment in Candela Technology AB ("Candela") in connection with its capital raise of EUR 24.5 million. EQT Ventures participated alongside existing and new investors including Ocean Zero and Groupe Beneteau.

Candela's vision is to accelerate the transition to fossil-free lakes and oceans with its electric-powered recreational and passenger boats.

DLA Piper's team consisted primarily of Mikael Moreira, Erik Rosberg, Gustav Säde, Erik Brändt Öfverholm, and Hanna Medelius.
