DLA Piper has advised EQT Ventures on its investment in Pactio

DLA Piper has advised EQT Ventures on its Series A investment in Pactio Holding ("Pactio"), a provider of an AI-enabled multi-sided tech platform for private market transactions aimed at building the infrastructure layer for all private capital.


EQT Ventures, among other existing and new investors, led the Series A investment round where Pactio raised USD 14 million. Pactio is a UK fintech company providing an AI-enabled software infrastructure transforming how private market deals are executed using a multi-sided platform that brings together investors, advisors, and fund administrators. Pactio's platform helps investors and advisors to mitigate risks and inefficiencies, while maintaining deal structure to generate a single source of truth for investment structures.
