DLA Piper has advised EQT Ventures on its Series B financing of Hume AI

DLA Piper has advised EQT Ventures on its financing of Hume AI Inc. ("Hume", www.hume.ai) in connection with the company's Series B round of $50 million. EQT Ventures led the round with the participation of investors such as Union Square Ventures and LG Technology Ventures. 

Hume is a startup and research lab building emotionally intelligent AI optimized for human well-being, based on a new form of multimodal generative AI that integrates large language models with expression measures.

DLA Piper's team consisted mainly of Mikael Moreira, Erik Rosberg, and Gustav Säde from DLA Piper in Sweden and Cara Hupprich and Jeff Lehrer from DLA Piper in the United States.
