DLA Piper has advised Sana Labs AB in connection with its recent $55 million Series C funding round

DLA Piper has advised Sana in its recent $55 million funding round, led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), valuing the company at $500 million. This funding, which includes participation from existing investors like Menlo Ventures, will fuel Sana's global go-to-market expansion and accelerate both its AI and experience design R&D. With its total funding now exceeding $130 million, Sana is one of the world's most well-funded AI companies.

The team consisted mainly of Mikael Moreira, Mikael Hagström, Julia Engberg, Felicia Lindstrand and Gabriel Liska (Corporate), Karin Attorps and Sonja Nilsson (Tax) and Nathalie Thorberg, Amanda Eliason and Mari Färnlycke (Legal Assistants).
