DLA Piper has advised the shareholders of SportAdmin on the sale to Lime Technologies

DLA Piper has advised the shareholders of the SaaS company Sportadmin i Skandinavien AB ("SportAdmin") on their sale of 85 percent of the shares in SportAdmin to Lime Technologies AB (publ) listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

SportAdmin is a market-leading provider of specialized software for sports clubs. The platform facilitates administration, training and membership management with the goal of being "the club's, team's and member's best friend".
