DLA Piper has advised Sika on its acquisition of Finja

DLA Piper has advised Sika, a global leader in specialty chemicals, on its acquisition of Finja, a leading Swedish manufacturer of mortars and integrated construction solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability in construction. The acquisition supports Sika’s strategic focus on expanding its presence in the Nordic region and further strengthens its position in the construction materials market.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
