Sarah Ek
Sarah Ek specialises in competition law and the regulation of foreign direct investment (FDI). She has extensive experience working within these areas of law across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors, both nationally and internationally.
Sarah has been involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions in both competition law and FDI, and also assists clients with cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases, and other regulatory matters. In addition, Sarah has previous court experience from her judicial clerkship at Södertörn District Court.
Member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2024
