DLA Piper has advised Soltech Energy Sweden AB (publ) on the acquisition of Fasadsystem i Stenkullen AB

Soltech has acquired 70 percent of the shares in Fasadsystem i Stenkullen AB, a family-owned company operating within the areas of manufacturing and sale of doors, windows, garden conservatories, facades and roofs in aluminium, steel and glass, primarily catering to the construction sector. The company has extensive experience within its segment, and offers everything from projection to complete assemblies. For the 2019 financial year, Fasadsystem had a turnover of approx. SEK 82 million, with profits of approx. SEK 8.1 million.

Soltech is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and operates within the area of development, sales, installation and optimisation of solar energy solutions. The acquisition forms part of Soltech's wider M&A strategy launched in 2019, where DLA Piper has advised the company on four acquisitions so far. DLA Piper's team consisted of Petter Kjöllerström, Petros Vardanian, Ronny Hussein and Sara Latrach.
