DLA Piper has advised Stillfront on its issue of SEK500 million in 5-year senior unsecured bonds

DLA Piper has advised Stillfront Group AB (publ), a global group of gaming studios and a market leader in the free-to-play online strategy games genre, on its placing of SEK500 million of senior unsecured bonds under a new bond framework of up to SEK1,000 million senior unsecured bond loan due 2024. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance the bridge facility loan used to finance the acquisition of KIXEYE, Inc. and for general corporate purposes in order to strengthen the Company’s capacity and flexibility for further growth.

The DLA Piper team comprised Peter Ihrfelt, Carl Schwieler, Tim Hagberg, Anna Berntorp and Peder Grandinson. SEB and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the issue.
