DLA Piper has advised Stillfront Group AB (publ), a global group of gaming studios and a market leader in the free-to-play online strategy games genre, on its placing of SEK500 million of senior unsecured bonds under a new bond framework of up to SEK1,000 million senior unsecured bond loan due 2024.

DLA Piper has advised the Swedish company, Stillfront Group AB, on its acquisition of Hamburg-based Goodgame Studios. Stillfront entered into an agreement with the owners of Altigi GmbH to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Altigi GmbH for a consideration of EUR 270 million.
