DLA Piper has assisted the former shareholders in the sale of Systecon to the private equity firm Monterro

The software company Systecon has been around since 1970 and is a leading global provider of analytical tools that help various actors, primarily in the aviation and defence sectors, to better manage large projects and their technical systems. Its customer base includes defence forces in several NATO countries and defence giants such as Saab. Through the transaction, Monterro acquires a majority stake in the company.

The team from DLA Piper mainly consisted of Lars Wiking, Martin Nyberg Alert and Julia Engberg with assistance from Erik Brändt Öfverholm and Hanna Medelius (Regulatory and Government Affairs).
