DLA Piper Sweden lawyers top Mergermarket’s Individual M&A Adviser Ranking

Mathias Berggren, partner at DLA Piper Sweden and head of the firm’s private equity group, tops Mergermarket’s individual league table over deal volume in Europe. Mathias acted on 24 deals last year, making him the busiest advisor in Europe. Mathias Berggren heads the firm's private equity group. He works with M&A, private equity and venture capital, with a focus on technology, media and life sciences.

Additionally, Jesper Lindbom, senior associate at DLA Piper Sweden, tops the associate’s ranking, having acted on 17 deals in 2019.
