The AIJA International Association of Young Lawyers is a global legal association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under. The association currently has 4,000 members and supporters in 90 different countries, including over 60 collective members and Bar Associations. The community is very diverse, as members come from law firms of all sizes and cultures.
The International Arbitration Commission will focus on the opportunities and challenges that characterize our time and which impact the landscape of arbitration. The Healthcare and Life Sciences Commission and the Public Procurement Interest Group will also discuss the new trends in the fast moving healthcare sector.
On Saturday October 8 at 11:45, Associate Miljana Bigović from DLA Piper Sweden will speak on a panel titled Sanctions and arbitration – How to rise to the challenge?
