Klimio AB declared bankrupt

On 17 December 2025, the Västmanland District Court declared Klimio AB (reg. no. 559350-9176) bankrupt. Anders Svensson Clark, attorney at DLA Piper Sweden, has been appointed as bankruptcy trustee. Associate Nova Parck is involved in the administration of the bankruptcy.

The company’s operations have ceased as there are no conditions for continued business. The bankruptcy administration is ongoing and aims to ensure an orderly winding-up.
