Ultinon Motion Sweden AB in bankruptcy

Partner Anders Svensson Clark has been appointed as official receiver (court-appointed insolvency practitioner) in the bankruptcy of Ultinon Motion Sweden AB. 

Ultinon Motion, as a group, is a global leader in OEM and aftermarket automotive lighting and accessories, while the Swedish subsidiary has primarily focused on sales across the Nordic region and the UK. The bankruptcy in Sweden, which occurred on 24 March 2026, is a consequence of the financial distress in the group.

The official receiver is currently evaluating if the business operations may continue and a potential divestment of the business.
