Emma Brolund

Emma Brolund mainly works with capital markets, public M&A, corporate advisory and regulatory compliance. Emma has extensive experience from advising issuers, financial advisers, investors and other market participants (both domestic and international) in connection with a broad range of transactions and other market activities including public M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, mergers, as well as related company law, governance and regulatory compliance matters. Ongoing advise mainly comprises MAR-related queries and compliance with the rules, regulations and practices at Nasdaq and the SFSA.

Emma has 10+ years of experience as a lawyer at leading law firms, Nasdaq and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. She is also a guest teacher and lecturer at the advanced level course in securities markets law at the University of Uppsala.
