Jennie Nilsson, Head of Digital, Data & Cyber, Sweden

Before joining DLA Piper, she was the head of Data Privacy at another international law firm in Stockholm, and served as an in-house legal counsel at an international audit and consultancy firm. She has also served as a law clerk.

Jennie provides advice relating to all GDPR/privacy and information security-related matters, such as data transfer arrangements, personal data breaches, cross-border data privacy compliance projects, patient data considerations, advertising/marketing, the NIS Directive and AI/Data Governance. Jennie also assists clients with commercial contracts and public procurement. Jennie was ranked as a "Rising Star" by Legal 500 in 2020 and 2021 as well as a "Next Generation Partner" in 2022 and 2023.
