Magnus Oskarsson

Magnus Oskarsson is Country Managing Partner and active in the firm's Corporate group. Magnus has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments and corporate law, often with international and cross-border aspects.

Magnus' clients are mainly Swedish and international venture capital companies and companies operating in the tech and fintech sectors.

Magnus has particular experience and expertise in the fintech sector and has, among other things, been a board member of SweFinTech, an independent industry organization for companies operating in the Swedish fintech sector.
