DLA Piper appoints two new partners in Sweden
The global business law firm DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Emil Alexanderson and Anders Svensson Clark as new partners at its Stockholm office. They will assume their roles as partners on 1 January 2026.

Emil Alexanderson has been part of DLA Piper since 2018 and now steps into his new role as partner. Emil is a driving force in real estate transactions, commercial leasing and corporate acquisitions, with extensive experience representing both domestic and international players in the Swedish transactions market. He is a highly regarded adviser who combines deep legal knowledge with commercial insight – creating value in complex deals.

Anders Svensson Clark works within DLA Piper’s restructuring and insolvency group as well as the banking and finance group. Anders further strengthens DLA Piper’s capabilities in insolvency, restructuring and turnarounds. With solid experience as a bankruptcy trustee and adviser in complex in-court restructurings and out-of-court restructurings, Anders is a strategic partner in the event of financial distress. His legal expertise, business mind and drive make him a key member of the team.
