DLA Piper advises EQT Growth and EQT Ventures on their investment in Wolt

EQT Growth and EQT Ventures invest in the Finnish food delivery platform Wolt as part of its USD 530 million financing round. Wolt was founded in 2014 in Helsinki, Finland, by CEO Miki Kuusi and is now available in 23 markets and in more than 100 cities across the world.

The investment is the first ever made by EQT’s new EQT Growth initiative, while EQT Ventures is one of Wolt's earliest investors when leading the series A round in 2016. The financing round takes the total amount of financing Wolt has raised to USD 856 million.
