DLA Piper Advises G2 Acquisition Inc. on the Recommended Cash Offer for ZignSec AB (publ)

The offer, valued at approximately SEK 302.9 million, is a strategic move by G2 Risk Solutions to solidify its position as a global leader in risk and compliance business intelligence.
