DLA Piper advises the Kingdom of Sweden in connection with the sale of Aktiebolaget Svensk Bilprovning ("Bilprovningen") to TÜV Rheinland AG. Bilprovningen, Sweden's leading provider of vehicle inspections, has more than 100 nationwide stations and 560 employees. In 2022, TÜV Rheinland AG, with more than 22,000 employees in over 50 countries, has over 150 years of experience in inspection, testing and certification.
